Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou

Abstract

Title: A case of physiotherapeutic care of patient with juvenile idiopathic arthritis Objectives: The major aim of this bacheor thesis is to highlight the role of physiotherapist in the diagnosis and therapy of juvenile idiopathic arthritis and to verify the effect of physiotherapeutic care chosen by the investigator in the therapy of the patient with this disease. Methods: This bachelor thesis was made as a part of continuos professional practise in the Institut of Rheumatology in Prague, which was in the period from 7. 1. 2019 to 1. 2. 2019 led by the head of the physiotherapy department Eva Taušová. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part, the general part contains theoretical informations about disease called juvenile idiopathic arthritis, its characteristic, description of its clinical symptoms, its diagnostics and its treatment options. The second part, special part contains detailed case of physiotherapeutic care of the patient with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Results: A part of the special part is control kinesiological analysis, which demonstrates improvement in patient's clinical status. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou Cíle: Cílem práce je zdůraznění role fyzioterapeuta v diagnostice a terapii juvenilní idiopatické artritidy a ověření efektu fyzioterapeutické péče zvolené řešitelem v terapii pacientky s tímto onemocněním. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována jako výstup čtyřtýdenní souvislé odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze, která probíhala od 7. 1. 2019 do 1. 2. 2019 pod vedením vedoucí fyzioterapeutky Evy Taušové. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část, část obecná je zpracováním teoretických informací o onemocnění juvenilní idiopatická artritida, jeho charakteristice, popisu klinických projevů, jeho diagnostice a možnostech léčby. Druhá část, část speciální obsahuje podrobně zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče pacientky s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou. Výsledky: Součástí speciální části této práce je kontrolní kineziologický rozpor, který prokazuje zlepšení klinického stavu pacientky s juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou po aplikaci sedmi fyzioterapeutických jednotek.
