Abstract

Name: The differences between the beginning and experienced teachers at second grade of primary schools and lower school years of grammer school located in Nymburk and Poděbrady. Aims: The bachelor thesis aims to describe the differences of selected concepts (see below) the beginning teachers with the experience not longer than 5 years and the experienced teachers teaching more than 20 years. The question is the following: What are the differences between the beginning teachers and the experienced ones? The particular assumptions were not established because of insufficiently explored theme. Methods: Information included in the practical part of bachelor thesis was based on questionnaire inquiry. The teachers on selected schools located in Nymburk and Poděbrady participated on this inquiry. The questionnaire was concentrated on 4 concepts - preparation for the lesson, work with the class, pupil's motivation and the lifestyle of the teacher. Název: Rozdíly mezi začínajícími a zkušenými pedagogy na 2. stupni základních škol a nižších ročnících víceletých gymnázií v Nymburce a Poděbradech. Cíle: Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat rozdíly ve vybraných konceptech (viz níže) mezi začínajícími pedagogy s délkou praxe pod 5 let a pedagogy s délkou praxe nad 20 let, kteří působí na druhém stupni ZŠ nebo na nižším stupni víceletých gymnázií na školách v Nymburce a Poděbradech. Vědecká otázka zní: Jaké jsou rozdíly mezi začínajícími a zkušenými pedagogy v Nymburce a v Poděbradech? Dílčí hypotézy nebyly stanoveny, protože si myslíme, že vědecká otázka je dostačující a jedná se o poměrně neprobádané téma. Metody: Informace v praktické části bakalářské práce byly získány pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnili učitelé na vybraných školách v Nymburce a Poděbradech. Dotazník byl zaměřen na 4 koncepty - příprava na hodinu, práce se třídou, motivování žáků a životní styl učitelů. Dotazníky byly rozdány učitelům, kteří učí na 2. stupni základní školy nebo v nižších ročnících víceletých gymnázií (prima - kvarta) a splňují délku pedagogické praxe, tzn. začínající učitelé s délkou praxe pod 5 let a zkušení učitelé s délkou praxe nad 20 let.
