Pražská občanská zástavba 19. a začátku 20. století jako svědek proměny společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the transformation of the society in the 19th and on the beginning of 20th century and its influence on changes of Prague architecture. Its goal is to find out, how this topic is covered in the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and how it is implemented in the history textbooks for Stage 1 of basic education (4th and 5th grades). Furthermore, this thesis examines the development of Prague and the transformation of the society during the period of interest with the intent to determine, how these changes manifested into civic buildings. First part of this work is devoted to a detailed analysis of the available educational documents. It follows, that this topic is not covered in the Stage 1 basic education history classes to the extent that would correspond to the importance of this period for the further development of the modern society. This part also summarizes the professional literature and information available on the transformation of the society and the changes in lives of the Prague citizens, regional development of the capital along with the overview of the architectural styles typical for this period. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem společnosti v 19. a na počátku 20. století a jeho vlivem na proměny pražské architektury. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jak je toto učivo zakomponováno do Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělávání a jakým způsobem je zpracováno v dostupných řadách učebnic vlastivědy na prvním stupni základní školy (4. a 5. ročník). Dalším cílem je zmapovat vývoj Prahy a proměny ve společnosti ve sledovaném období a zjistit, jakým způsobem se tyto změny promítly do pražské občanské zástavby. V první části se práce věnuje detailní analýze dostupných pedagogických dokumentů. Z ní vyplývá, že tomuto tématu v hodinách vlastivědy není věnován prostor, který by odpovídal významu tohoto období z hlediska formování dnešní společnosti. Dále jsou zde s pomocí odborné literatury zabývající se zvoleným tématem zmapovány proměny společnosti a změny v životě obyvatel Prahy, územní rozvoj hlavního města a jeho architektura spolu s přehledem staveních slohů charakteristických pro zkoumané období. Zjištěné informace jsou v praktické části použity k přípravě didaktického materiálu pro vlastivědnou vycházku historickým centrem Prahy.
