Kazuistika fyzioterapeuticke pece o pacienta po fraktuře proximálního humeru

Abstract

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Proximal Humerus Fracture Aim: The main aim of this work was to summarize the theoretical knowledge, to be oriented in the specialized literature with given subject, and formulate the case study of the patient with subsequent evaluation of the therapy. Method: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and special part. In the theoretical part I have been focused on anatomical and kinesiological facts shoulder girdle. I summarized information of conservative and surgical treatment of proximal humerus fractures and subsequent rehabilitation care. In a special part I wrote a case study of the patient after broken proximal humerus, whose treatment was solved by osteosynthesis, the course of all therapies and afterwards resulting effect. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře proximálního humeru Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo shrnutí teoretických poznatků, zorientování se v odborné literatuře s daným tématem a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s následným vyhodnocením terapie. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část obecnou a speciální. V obecné části jsem shrnula anatomické poznatky a kineziologické poznatky o ramenním pletenci. Shrnula jsem poznatky o konzervativní i operační léčbě zlomenin proximálního humeru a následné rehabilitační péče. Ve speciální části jsem zpracovala kazuistiku na pacienta po zlomenině proximálního humeru, jehož léčba byla řešena osteosyntézou, průběh všech terapií a zhodnotila výsledný efekt.
