Edukace nemocného před a po operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou informovanosti, edukace a komunikace pacientů před a po dobu hospitalizace při operaci TEP kyčelního kloubu. Práce je tvořena dvěma hlavními částmi - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku onemocnění kyčelního kloubu a operační metody při TEP kyčelního kloubu. Dále je zdůrazněna úloha zdravotních sester v oblasti informovanosti, edukace a komunikace s pacienty. V praktické části práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi 64 respondenty - pacienty I. Ortopedické kliniky FN v Motole při hospitalizaci v rámci operace TEP kyčelního kloubu. Dotazníkové šetření bylo vedeno směrem ke zjištění úrovně informovanosti pacientů před a po dobu hospitalizace při operaci TEP kyčelního kloubu a též ke zjištění spokojenosti pacientů s komunikací zdravotních sester. Z výsledků šetření vyplynula potřeba dosažení vyšší úrovně informovanosti pacientům, pro jejíž zajištění jsem připravila informačního průvodce určeného pacientům. V oblasti komunikace respondenti vyjádřili spokojenost se současným stavem, navrhli však náměty na zlepšení v dílčích oblastech, které posloužily jako podklad pro doporučení zdravotním sestrám. This document describes several issues like keeping patients informed, education of patients and communication with patients while they are hospitalized for total hip replacement. The whole work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on general description of hip joint diseases and different surgery methods of total hip replacement. The role of nurses is emphasized especially regarding communication with patients, their education and awareness. In practical part a survey is being conducted by questionnaire distributed to 64 respondents - patients of the Department of Orthopaedics Surgery (First Clinics) of the Motol University Hospital that have been hospitalized for total hip replacement. Questionnaire was focused on how patients are informed before taking into hospital and during their stay in the hospital. It was to find out how patients had been satisfied with communication with nurses. The output of this survey disclosed that patients require more information. For this purpose I have prepared information bulletin for patients. Regarding communication respondents expressed their consent with present state and suggested slight amendments for improvement in particular areas that would serve as basic recommendation for behaviour of nurses.
