Třídní učitel na 2. stupni ZŠ

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá náplní práce třídních učitelů na 2. stupni základních škol. Cílem práce je na základě odborné literatury popsat náplň práce a legislativní vymezení funkce třídního učitele, jeho kompetence nutné pro výkon této funkce a povinnosti s ní spojené. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj a právní vymezení učitelské profese. Dále pak fungování třídního kolektivu, sociální struktura třídy a možné metody podpory kázně žáků. Výzkumná část popisuje a analyzuje zkušenosti třídních učitelů, se kterými byl veden rozhovor, monitorující jejich vnímání této funkce, pozitivní i negativní zkušenosti. Účelem rozhovorů je hlouběji proniknout do současných problémů třídních učitelů a poznat, jak se s nimi v současné době potýkají. Závěr práce je analýza těchto zkušeností. The diploma thesis deals with the content of work of class teachers at the 2nd level of elementary schools. The aim of the thesis is to describe the content of the work and the legislative definition of the function of class teacher on the basis of professional literature, its competences necessary for the performance of this function and the duties connected with it. In the theoretical part is described the development and legal definition of the teaching profession. Furthermore, classroom function, class social structure and possible methods of pupil discipline support. The research part describes and analyzes the experience of class teachers with whom the interview was conducted, monitoring their perception of this function, positive and negative experiences. The purpose of the interviews is to penetrate deeper into the current problems of class teachers and to learn how they are currently facing them. The conclusion of the thesis is an analysis of these experiences.
