Vliv Feuersteinova Instrumentálního obohacování na osoby po traumatickém poškození mozku

Abstract

Cílem práce je aplikace programu pro rozvoj kognitivních funkcí, Feuersteinova instrumentálního obohacování (FIE) na jedince s traumatickým poškozením mozku (TBI). Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou traumatického poškození mozku a Feuersteinovo přístupem k rozvoji kognitivních funkcí. Empirická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu, který zjišťuje, zda došlo ke zlepšení kognitivních funkcí u třech respondentů s TBI po pětiměsíční intervenci pomocí programu FIE. Respondenti jsou mladí muži v rozmezí 23 a 32 let, cca 10 let od úrazu, kteří pravidelně rehabilitují a prochází reedukací v Jedličkově ústavu (JÚŠ). Cílem výzkumu je porovnání, zda vlivem programu FIE došlo ke zlepšení kognitivních funkcí. Porovnání je dosaženo objektivním hodnocením kognitivních funkcí pomocí Klecanské opakovatelné neuropsychologické baterie (KONB). Výsledky výzkumu jsou prezentovány ve strukturovaných kazuistikách. Kazuistiky kromě výsledků vyšetření KONB a popisu několikaměsíční intervence, sledují respondenty v celé jejich historii od života před úrazem, přes rehabilitaci následků úrazu až po současný život. The aim of this final thesis is to apply Feuerstein's instrumental enrichment program (FIE) to a person with traumatic brain injury (TBI). The theoretical part deals with the problematic of traumatic brain injury and Feuerstein's approach to the development of cognitive functions. The empirical part focuse on qualitative research to find out whether there has been an improvement in cognitive functions with three respondents with TBI after five months of intervention using the FIE program, or not.
