Poradenská podpora ve vzdělávání sociálně znevýhodněných žáků

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Poradenská podpora ve vzdělávání sociálně znevýhodněných žáků se věnuje vzdělávání této cílové skupiny žáků, které je v praxi stále ještě v mnohých situacích nejasné. Důraz je kladen především na poradenskou podporu těmto dětem, která by měla napomoci jejich vzdělávání a to právě ze stran nestátních neziskových organizací. Cílem práce je objasnit tuto problematiku a upozornit na významnou úlohu neziskových organizací, které bývají poněkud opomíjeny. Teoretickými východisky práce se stal žák se sociálním znevýhodněním v kontextu vzdělávání a systém poradenské podpory v České republice. Výzkumná část si klade za cíl pomocí případových studií představit činnosti vybraných neziskových organizací, konkrétně obecně prospěšné společnosti Člověk v tísni, zapsaný ústav v oblasti migrace Poradna pro integraci a zapsaný spolek R-Mosty, které se významně podílejí na poradenské podpoře ve vzdělávání cílové skupiny žáků. Studie jsou zpracovány na podkladě dat získaných z šesti rozhovorů vedených s pracovníky jednotlivých organizací, které doplňuje analýza dokumentů. Na základě výsledků výzkumu je uvedeno doporučení pro praxi, které zmiňuje oblasti, ve kterých by měla být poradenská podpora rozvíjena.

Thesis Counseling support in the education of socially disadvataged pupils deals with education of this target group of pupils, which is still unclear in many situation of. The emphasis is focused on counseling support of these children, that should help their education of non-state non-profit institutions. The aim of thesis is to clarify this issue and highlight the important role of non-profit instituions, genereally there is tend to neglect them. In its theoretical part thesis works with pupil with socially disadvantaged in the context of education and the structure of advisory support in the Czech Republic. The explorative part of thesis is based on case studies of specific non-state, non-profit organizations, namely the generally beneficial company People in need, a registered association Counseling centre for integration and registered association R- Bridges. These organizations are significantly involved in counseling support in the education of the target group of pupils. These studies are based on data collected during six interviews, that were contucted with employees of individual organizations. Data from these interviews are complemented by document analysis.
