Analýza nejvýznamnějších teorií managementu vzdělávání v akademickém časopise v období 2000 - 2015

Abstract

This diploma thesis analyses the content of articles of the international journal "The International Journal of Educational Management" (IJEM). The magazine focuses on educational management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze proffesional articles, which were published in this journal between 2000 and 2015. The major theories of the educational management for the period of 2000 - 2015 were based on these results. The diploma thesis contains two main parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the educational management and the development of it. Next is the describtion of the procedure and methods of content analysis. Analytical part contains the results of analyzes that were evaluated. The conclusion of the thesis is based on the results of the analysis and is responsible for the research work. Diplomová práce se věnuje obsahové analýze článků mezinárodního periodika The International Journal of Educational Management (IJEM). Toto akademické periodikum se zaměřuje zejména na management vzdělávání. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat odborné články uveřejněné od roku 2000 do roku 2015 v tomto periodiku a na základě výsledků této obsahové analýzy stanovit nejvýznamnější trendy managementu vzdělávání za období 2000 až 2015. Diplomová práce obsahuje dvě hlavní části, teoretická východiska a praktickou část. Teoretická východiska práce charakterizují management vzdělávání, jeho vývoj, obsah a teorie. Praktická část obsahuje metodologii obsahové analýzy a zobrazuje výsledky práce. Závěr práce vychází z výsledků analýzy a je zodpovězeno na výzkumnou otázku práce.
