Možnosti uplatnění neučebnicových (autentických) textů ve výuce anglického jazyka na 1. stupni

Abstract

This diploma work is primarily oriented at application of the authentic materials when using the LT strategy of authentic learning in teaching English to the pupils at Czech primary schools. In the theoretical part of this work there were at first analyzed curricular documents of the Czech Ministry of Education concerning the changes in the sphere of educational policy regarding Language and Language Communication. After that, there were described various ways of application of didactic principles of adequity, systematic approach, illustrativeness, willful learning, activity, individual approach, compactness of learning process and cyclical arrangement of the newly learned information. Next, there were defined the term of authentic learning and the difference between the didactic and authentic materials. There were also compared various views on the use of innovative authentic learning strategy in ELT and mentioned various possibilities of presenting sociocultural context of English speaking countries in language teaching. Tato diplomová práce je primárně zaměřena na aplikaci autentických materiálů ve výuce anglického jazyka na prvním stupni základních škol při uplatnění strategií autentického učení. V teoretické části práce byly nejprve analyzovány kurikulární dokumenty MŠMT ČR týkající se změn ve vzdělávací oblasti Jazyk a jazyková komunikace. Poté byly nastíněny způsoby aplikace didaktických principů přiměřenosti, systematičnosti, názornosti, vědomého osvojování učiva, aktivnosti, individuálního přístupu, celistvosti a cyklického uspořádání učiva. Dále byl v teoretické části této práce definován rozdíl mezi pojmy didaktické a autentické materiály a pojmem autentické učení. Porovnány byly také různé pohledy na využití inovační strategie autentického učení při výuce cizích jazyků a uvedeny různé možnosti zprostředkování reálií a sociokulturního kontextu anglicky mluvících zemí. V rámci výzkumné části diplomové práce bylo zkoumáno, zda na bázi využití autentických materiálů skutečně došlo k autentickému učení, a do jaké míry. Za tímto účelem proběhlo zkoumání na pěti takto zaměřených základních školách. Výzkum ukázal, že na čtyřech z nich byly využívány při výuce angličtiny kromě didaktických materiálů rovněž autentické materiály, ovšem úspěšnost aplikace metody autentického učení kolísala mezi 48% až 90%.
