Osobnost učitele na 1. stupni ZŠ a jeho vliv na třídní klima

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá osobností učitele na 1. stupni základní školy a jeho vlivu na třídní klima. Teoretická část se věnuje školní třídě jako malé sociální skupině a jevům, které se v ní objevují. Dále zkoumá osobnost žáka, učitele a jeho vlastností, kde je kladen důraz na učitelův styl výuky, výchovy a interakce. V neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost pojmu třídní klima. Praktická část má za cíl vyhodnotit interakční styl učitele a změřit klima v jednotlivých třídách, navzájem je porovnat a zjistit, jaký vliv má interakční styl na spokojenost žáků ve třídě. The diploma thesis deals with the personality of a teacher at the first grade of primary school and his influence on the climate of a class. The theoretical part is dedicated to school class like a small social group and phenomenon, which exists there. It examines the personality of a pupil, a teacher and his properties, where the emphasis is on the teacher's style of teaching, education and interaction. Finally the attention is paid to concept climate of a class. The practical part aims to evaluate interaction style of a teacher and to measure a climate in the particular classes, to compare them and find out, what influence interaction style has on pupil's satisfaction in the class.
