Střední management a výběr pedagogů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrovým řízením nových pedagogických pracovníků a komunikací na školách mezi žáky. Cílem je zjistit, zda se děti umí ještě zabavit jinak, než s využitím elektroniky a jak jsou na tom s komunikačními dovednostmi a dále jsem chtěla zjistit, jak probíhá výběrové řízení na školách, jaké jsou kladeny požadavky. Vybrala jsem si základní školy (komunikace) a střední školy umělecké či sportovní (výběr pracovníků). Praktickou část mám rozdělenou na dvě části: v první části zkoumám již zmíněnou komunikace mezi dětmi a druhá část se zabývá výběrovým řízením na školách. This bachelor thesis is about on tender new teaching staff and about communication at schools between hers students. The aim is to find out if students can talk to each other without use some computers or mobile phones and how they are doing on communication skills. In the second phase i would like to find out how the recruitment proces in schools and what are requirements for new teachers. I chose the primary school- in the firt phase and high schools of art, sports schools - in the second phase. The practical part I have therefore dividet into two parts: in the first part I examine communication and in the second part I examine tender of new teachers.
