This study examines education provision of deaf students in the Czech Republic. Since inclusion has captured the educational space in most countries, it was imperative to point out opportunities and challenges regarding international trends currently advocated these days. The study uses case study qualitative approach for data generation interests. Due to the nature of this approach, purposive sampling was used to generate data from mainstream and specialist teachers in selected schools. Literature reviewed in this study gives a blend of knowledge and arguments regarding education provision for deaf students. It helps to add existing knowledge that will shape thinking of parents, teachers, students, governments and Organizations. Through systematic analysis, nine themes have emerged as findings. These themes are staffing and level of participation, deaf identity, policy and practice, dependency on special schools, little contact between special and mainstream schools, sign language, bilingual versus oral approach, lack of consistency, teachers' resourcefulness and contradicting misconceptions. The themes provided a basis for discussion and provide code of practice regarding education of deaf students.
