Vztah předškolních dětí k pohybu a sportu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou vztahu dětí předškolního věku k pohybovým aktivitám a sportu. Dále také zda je ovlivněn vztah dětí k pohybu a sportu tím, že žijí ve městě a na vesnici. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením teoretických pojmů, jako je pohyb, pohybová aktivita, sport. Je uvedena charakteristika dítěte předškolního věku, pohybové aktivity dětí a také výčet těchto aktivit v obcích kde byl proveden výzkum. Ve výzkumné části jsou uvedeny metody, které byly využity při výzkumu a jeho popis. Výzkum byl proveden ve dvou mateřských školách. Jedna se nachází v menší obci Hudlice a druhá ve městě Beroun. V počátku výzkumu jsem oslovila rodiče dětí ve věku 5 - 7 let a požádala je o vyplnění dotazníku. Poté jsem s těmito dětmi provedla interview a uskutečnila pozorování dětí v průběhu dne a tělovýchovné chvilky. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou sepsané mé závěry a zhodnocení výzkumu. Tyto výsledky jsou pro přehlednost zaznamenány do tabulek a grafů. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA: pohyb, sport, vztah, předškolní věk, volnočasové aktivity

This bachelor thesis deals with the relation of preschool children to physical activities and sports. It also examines if the relation is affected by living in the city or in the village. The theoretical part deals with definitions of theoretical concepts, such as movement, physical activity and sports. There is also a characteristic of a preschool child, children's physical activities and the list of these activities in the villages, where the research was done. The practical part concerns the research, its description and the methods which were used. The research was done in two kindergartens. One is in the small village Hudlice and one is located in the town of Beroun. At first I asked the parents of children aged 5-7 to fill out a questionnaire. Then I interviewed the children and observed them doing physical activities during the whole day. In the concluding part, I wrote down my conclusions and evaluation of the research.
