Spolupráce školy a rodiny jako základ fungujícího partnerství

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je v teoretické části poukázat na význam komunikace a spolupráce škol a rodin z hlediska dětí, z pohledu rodin i učitelů a škol. Dále se práce zabývá průzkumem ve zlepšení vztahů mezi školou a rodiči v naší základní škole. Zjišťuje, zda během pěti let, které věnujeme navázání a užší spolupráci s rodiči, ale i s širší veřejností, došlo ke zlepšení vnímání této školy obyvateli obce a okolí. Práce se věnuje empirickému výzkumu z akcí pro rodiče, spolupráci, ale také překážkám, které mohou nastat. The thesis deals with the theoretical part to highlight the importance of cooperation between schools and families in terms of children, from the perspective of families and teachers and schools. Furthermore, the work deals with a survey to improve relations between the school and parents in our elementary school. Determines whether the five years that we establish a closer cooperation with parents to improve the perception of the school community and neighborhood residents. The work focuses on empirical research of events for parents, cooperation, but also obstacles that may arise.
