Zajištění logopedické intervence u seniorů v pobytových zařízeních

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je zajištění logopedické intervence u seniorů v pobytových zařízeních. Práce je členěna na čtyři kapitoly, z nichž první tři jsou teoretické, čtvrtá kapitola praktická. První teoretická kapitola pojednává o stáří, definuje základní pojmy a charakterizuje stáří po stránce tělesné, duševní a sociální. Druhá kapitola je věnována problematice neurogenních poruch komunikace, jejich etiologii, symptomatologii, diagnostice a terapii. Třetí teoretická kapitola popisuje systém zdravotní a sociální péče o seniory v České republice s důrazem na systém poskytování logopedické intervence v resortech zdravotnictví a práce a sociálních věcí. Čtvrtá, empirická část je zpracována jako kvantitativní popisné šetření. Hlavní metodou sběru dat je dotazníkové šetření realizované v domovech pro seniory v České republice. Uvedený výzkum je doplněný o kvalitativní analýzu rozhovorů s logopedkami, které poskytují logopedickou intervenci v domovech pro seniory. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem je zajištěna logopedická intervence u seniorů v domovech pro seniory. The topic of this diploma thesis is speech therapy provision for seniors at residential care. The thesis consists of four chapters, three of which are theoretical, the fourth chapter is practical. The first chapter describes the old age, it presents basic terminology and it characterises the old age from the point of view of physical, mental and social development. The second chapter is concentrated on the issue of neurological speech and language disorders, their etiology, symptomatology, diagnostics and therapy. The third theoretical chapter describes the system of health and social care of seniors in the Czech Republic with an accent on the system of speech therapy intervention within the resorts of health care and social care. The fourth chapter is the research one. It is developed as a quantitative descriptive research, using the technique of a questionnaire sent to nursing homes for seniors in the Czech Republic. The research is completed by qualitative analysis of dialogues with speech therapists that provide speech therapy at nursing homes for seniors.
