Výzkum hodnot u učitelů pro 1. stupeň ZŠ

Abstract

The aim of my work is to indicate some of the theoretical possibilities that have connections with values and value orientation and also my personal research of the specific group. The study sample is the group of primary teachers and also the students of pedagogical faculty of West Bohemia University in Pilsen, branch of study - primary teachers. The research was given in one year when only women were tested. The whole study sample has been compared with the population of women, with the students of pedagogical faculty and finally the teachers were compared among themselves. The questionnaire was used during the research. The respondents were asked to answer unitary and standard test for current czech population. The result of the research is description of the value structure and value preferences that were explored within the group. The results have showed the differences in value orientation among primary teachers and the group of current population of students of pedagogical faculty. The work does not put emphasis to give the coherent point of view on the theoretical knowledge of values. Despite the fact, the work can demonstrate the specific group of teachers, how do they differ from the current population and if their value orientation can influence their choice of teacher job. Cílem této práce je jednak naznačení některých teoretických východisek, spojených s pojmem hodnota a hodnotová orientace, a zároveň vlastní výzkumné sledování konkrétní socioprofesní skupiny. Zkoumaným vzorkem je soubor učitelů 1. stupně ZŠ a soubor studentek Západočeské univerzity v Plzni, FPE, obor učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ. Vlastní výzkum se uskutečnil v průběhu 1 roku, kdy testování se zúčastnily pouze osoby ženského pohlaví. Celý soubor učitelů byl jednak porovnáván s běžnou populací žen, dále studentky učitelství a již pracující kantorky byly porovnávány mezi sebou. Při výzkumu bylo použito dotazníkové šetření, všem respondentům byla zadána jednotná testová baterie, standardizovaná na běžnou českou populaci. Výsledkem výzkumu je popis hodnotové struktury a hodnotových preferencí zkoumané socioprofesní skupiny. Z výsledků bylo zároveň možné sledovat, čím se hodnotová orientace učitelů 1.stupně ZŠ liší od běžné populace žen a studentek učitelství. Práce si neklade za cíl podat ucelený pohled na oblast teoretických poznatků problematiky hodnot. Přesto svým zaměřením může přispět k posouzení, nakolik jsou učitelé specifickou socioprofesní skupinou, jakou vykazují míru odlišnosti od běžné populace a zda jejich hodnotová orientace může mít vliv na výběr učitelského povolání.
