Školní řád mateřské školy pohledem školy a zákonného zástupce dítěte

Abstract

Závěrečná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou školního řádu a jeho významem a dopadem na rodiče a školu. Jedním s cílů je využitelnost školního řádu ze strany školy a na druhé straně zákonného zástupce dítěte. Současně přináší pohled v jakých situacích a do jaké míry využívá školní řád zákonný zástupce dítěte a v jakých situacích využívá školní řád škola. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativou školního řádu. Výzkumná část je založena na zjištěních, která byla realizována ve skupině ředitelek mateřských škol a zákonných zástupců dětí a na analýze vybraného vzorku konkrétních školních řádů. Zjištěné závěry přináší pohled na jeden z nejdůležitějších dokumentů ředitele/ředitelky školy.

The final thesis of the Bachelor's degree course deals with the issue of nursery governance regulations and their importance and impact on the parents and the nursery. One of the objectives of the study is the utility of the governance regulations both for the nursery and for the legal guardian. The thesis also investigates in what situations and to what extent the legal guardian utilizes the regulations and in what situations the regulations are utilized by the nursery. The theoretical part deals with the legislative aspects of the governance regulations. The research part is based on findings made amongst a group of nursery headmistresses and children's legal guardians and on the analysis of a selected group of the specific governance regulations. The conclusions open up a view on one of the most important documents available to the nursery headmasters and headmistresses.
