VLIV SPORTU NA VYBRANÉ FUNKČNÍ PARAMETRY U OSOB S ASTMA BRONCHIALE

Abstract

This The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the impact of asthma on selected functional parameters among/in patients suffering from this disease. The theoretical part contains the description and classification of asthma, environmental influences, physical activity and medicaments of athletes suffering from this disease. It focuses on those suffering from asthma and the impact of asthma on physical activity. It conveys also basic information about asthma and its symptoms, the influence of the environment on asthma, the impact of physical activity and the appropriateness (suitability) or inappropriateness (unsuitability) of certain sports for asthmatic people. The practical part focuses on asthma symptoms during or immediately after physical load. This work detects whether all asthmatics suffer from after stress loading bronchospasm. It also shows if asthma is associated with any type of allergy and it observes the regularity of the usage of antiasmathic drugs and the practice of sport and it is affects on their health. This Bachelor's Thesis analyzes the impact of physical load on the respiratory system of people suffering from asthma and it tries to prove asthma after physical load in people suffering from this disease.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem astmatu na vybrané funkční parametry u osob trpících tímto onemocněním. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku a klasifikaci astma bronchiale, vliv okolí, tělesné aktivity a medikamentů na sportovce trpící tímto onemocněním. Zaměřuje se na osoby trpící astmatem a na vliv astmatu při tělesné aktivitě. Zprostředkovává základní informace o astma bronchiale, jeho projevech, vlivu okolí, tělesných aktivit a vhodnosti či nevhodnosti určitých sportů pro astmatické osoby. Praktická část se orientuje na projevy astmatu během nebo bezprostředně po tělesné zátěži. Zjišťuje, zda pozátěžovým bronchospasmem trpí všichni astmatici, zda je astma bronchiale spojeno s nějakým druhem alergie a zda astmatici pravidelně užívají antiastmatika, jestli sportují a tím i ovlivňují svůj zdravotní stav. Analyzuje vliv sportovní zátěže na respirační systém astmatika a snaží se o prokázání pozátěžového astmatu u osob trpících tímto onemocněním.
