Užitkové rostliny z čeledi bobovitých (Fabaceae)

Abstract

(Useful Plants of the Family Leguminosae (Fabaceae)) This bachelor thesis focuses on cultivated plants of the Leguminosae family (Fabaceae). It presents theoretical information about characteristics, occurrence and utilization of leguminosae plants (Fabaceae). The thesis includes a table with information about accessible natural history textbooks for elementary schools which deals with the leguminosae plants. The practical part of work also encompasses a questionnaire focusing on legumes consumption. The main outcomes of this bachelor thesis are practical exercises and education materials which might be helpful when teaching natural history classes at elementary schools.

(Užitkové rostliny z čeledi bobovitých (Fabaceae)) Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá užitkovými rostlinami z čeledi bobovitých (Fabaceae). Poskytuje teoretické poznatky, které se týkají charakteristiky, výskytu, vlastností a využití vybraných druhů užitkových rostlin z čeledi bobovitých (Fabaceae). Práce obsahuje tabulku, která předkládá analýzu dostupných učebnic přírodopisu pro ZŠ z hlediska informací o užitkových rostlinách této čeledi. Součástí bakalářské práce je dotazníkový průzkum, který se zabývá konzumací luskovin. Výsledkem práce jsou i praktická cvičení a pracovní listy, které by učitelé mohli využít při výuce přírodopisu na ZŠ.
