Pracovní spokojenost učitelek mateřských škol

Abstract

V teoretické části závěrečná bakalářská práce předkládá poznatky z literatury týkající se definic, znaků, determinantů a teorií pracovní spokojenosti, a s ní souvisejících témat. Dále je zaměřena na analýzu skutečností souvisejících s výkonem povolání učitelky MŠ. Základní podstatou jsou mnou z literatury vybrané faktory pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření určuje faktory, které nejvíce ovlivňují pracovní spokojenost učitelek, jak pozitivně tak negativně. Dále jde o zjišťování do jaké míry další skutečnosti ovlivňují jejich pracovní spokojenost, co jim chybí k pracovní spokojenosti. Výzkumné šetření přináší dílčí i celkový pohled na současnou pracovní spokojenost učitelek mateřských škol tří krajů ČR a jejich následné srovnávání. Výsledky práce mohou s dosavadními teoretickými poznatky poskytnout detailnější pohled na danou situaci a možnost posloužit vedoucím pracovníkům k zamyšlení a odpovědnému přístupu k této problematice. The work focuses on the selection and further study of factors concerning work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part of the final bachelor's thesis presents findings from literature review concerning definitions, signs, determinants and theories of work satisfaction and related subjects. Consequently the work concentrates on the analysis of real life assets related to kindergarten teachers' work performance. A questionnaire survey in the practical part of this work identifies the most explanatory factors of work satisfaction. Another focus is on the importance of other variables influencing the general work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers. Levels of current work satisfaction of kindergarten teachers are then compared among the three regions within the Czech republic. The survey results together with theoretical findings may provide more detailed point of view under the given conditions as well as serve to managers with topics for consideration and resposible approach to this subject.
