Apercepční techniky a Index patogeneze

Abstract

Bakalá ská práce se zabývá tématy apercep ních technik a Indexem patogeneze. Vlastní text práce je roz len n na dv ásti - teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické ásti jsou blíže p edstaveny techniky založené na procesu apercepce, jejich podstata a historie. Blíže se zabývám n kterými konkrétními technikami, které jsou rozší ené po sv t . Nejv tší prostor je v nován technice Tématicko apercep ní test (TAT). Velmi významnou sou ástí práce je kapitola v nující se Indexu patogeneze (IP) - skórovacímu systému užívanému k analýze TAT - jeho vzniku, využití, psychometrickým vlastnostem. Sou ástí této kapitoly je p eklad manuálu ke skórování. Protože je v empirické ásti pracováno s rodi i osob se schizofrenií, sou ástí teoretické ásti je také uvedení do problematiky schizofrenie a vlivu p sobení rodinného prost edí na vznik a rozvoj tohoto onemocn ní. Empirická ást je v nována využití Indexu patogeneze v praxi. Výzkumné otázky plynou ze studií z 60. a 70. let 20. století, které pracovaly s myšlenkou, že rodi ovské p sobení m že mít vliv na rozvoj schizofrenního onemocn ní vlastních potomk . Výzkumná skupina je složena z 5 rodi osob s diagnózou schizofrenie. Kontrolní skupinu tvo í 5 rodi jedinc bez psychiatrického onemocn ní. This bachelor's thesis deals with themes of Apperception techniques and Pathogenesis Index. The text is divided in two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part introduces techniques based on the process of apperception, their nature and history. I am dealing closer with some specific techniques widespread worldwide, but the most space is devoted to the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). A very important part of the thesis is a chapter devoted to Pathogenesis Index - the scoring system used to analyze TAT - its creation, utilization, psychometric properties. The translation of the scoring manual is the part of this charter. Because of working with the parents of schizophrenics in empirical part, the introduction of schizophrenia disease and the impacts of family background on the origin and development of schizophrenia are present in the theoretical part. The empirical part is devoted to the use of the Pathogenesis Index in practice. Research questions arising from researches of 60's and 70's, that worked with the idea that parental involvement may affect the development of schizophrenia their own children.
