Pražská usedlost Cibulka jako příklad památkové péče

Abstract

Abstrakt- česky Bakalářská práce Pražská usedlost Cibulka jako příklad památkové péče má za cíl představit a popsat památkovou péči především v kontextu konkrétní kulturní památky, kterou je usedlost Cibulka nacházející se v páté pražské městské části, v Košířích. Po obecnějším úvodu do vývoje celosvětového kulturního dědictví se práce zaměřuje na české země a zdejší památkovou péči, její proměny, čím byla ovlivněna a současný stav. Pro tuto práci je stěžejním pojmem kulturní památka, proto je tedy uvedena její přesná definice, popsán proces prohlášení věci za kulturní památku a objasněna práva a povinnosti vlastníka kulturní památky. Ve vztahu k usedlosti Cibulka je vysvětlen způsob vzniku její památkové ochrany. Pro úplnost jsou pak uvedeny i ostatní součásti chráněného památkového fondu. Následující část práce je věnována přímo usedlosti, její historii, rozvoji i následnému chátrání. Jsou představeni i její nejvýznamnější majitelé, přičemž nejvíce pozornosti je věnováno hraběti Thunovi. Zároveň je uveden i nynější majitel Cibulky, dále její současný stav i plány do budoucna. Abstrakt- anglicky The Bachelor's thesis The Estate "Cibulka" as an Example of the Monument Care aims to introduce and to describe the monument care mainly in the context of the Estate "Cibulka" as a specific cultural monument which is to be found in Košíře, Prague. After a general introduction to the development of the worldwide cultural heritage the thesis is focused on the Czech lands and local monument care, its changes, external influence and its present state. The cultural monument is the key issue of this thesis therefore its precise definition is mentioned there together with the process of proclaiming an object as a cultural monument and a description of rights and duties of the owner of a cultural monument. In relation to the Estate Cibulka the procedure of its legal protection as a cultural monument is explained. In order to have the full picture the other constituents of the protected monument fund are being listed in this thesis. The following part of the thesis is devoted directly to the Estate Cibulka, its history, its rise and dilapidation. The most important owners of the estate are introduced with a special attention paid to count Thun. The current owner of the Estate Cibulka is also mentioned there as well as the present state of the estate and plans for the future. Key words: cultural...
