Postoje učitelů k problematice trestů ve školství

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Postoje učitelů k problematice trestů ve školství" se zaměřuje na postoje učitelů základních a středních škol k trestům a zároveň zjišťuje případné využívání trestů. Teoretická část se věnuje pojetí osobnosti obecně a dále konkrétně definuje osobnost učitele a žáka. Následující část se zabývá popisem jednotlivých výchovných stylů a poslední část se zaměřuje na tresty, jejich definici, funkci a druhy. Pro výzkum v praktické části bylo využito kvantitativního dotazníku, jehož cílem bylo zjistit obecný postoj učitelů k trestům. Nejprve se zabývá jejich postojem ke konkrétním trestům, zvláště těch na školách běžně využívaných, dále se věnuje problematice trestů méně využívaných s otázkou k učitelům případného zavedení těchto trestů ve škole. Bachelor's thesis "Attitudes of teachers to the issue of punishments in the Education system" focuses on feelings of primary and secondary schools' teachers about punishments and also inquires if they made a use of penalties. The theoretical part dedicates to the personality in general and give a definition of the teacher and the student. The following part engages in the description of particular educational styles and the last part focuses on the punishment, it's definition, function and types. There were used a quantitative questionnaire for the research in the practical part, which aim to ascertain an general attitude of teachers to the issue of punishments. At first, it deals with the attitudes to the specific punishments, especially those commonly used in schools, afterwards it deals with the issue of penalties, which are less used with a question to the tachers, if they had appreciated those punishments in theirs schools.
