Životní strategie úspěšných žen s dětmi ve vztahu k osobnímu a profesnímu životu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na kvalitativní výzkum životních strategií úspěšných žen s dětmi ve vztahu k osobnímu a pracovnímu životu. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaký je jejich aktuální životní stav a jaký je ideál života, k němuž ženy směřují. Práce bude konkrétně sledovat, jaké místo v jejich životě zaujímá rodinný a osobní život v kontextu jejich pracovní kariéry. Jedná se tedy o problematiku osobní a pracovní identity, konkrétní identitní strategie a konkrétní praktiky, které ženy používají ke kombinaci obou životních sfér. Výzkum bude realizován prostřednictvím narativně-biografických rozhovorů, které budou doplněny metodou "osa života" coby vodítka pro následné vedení rozhovorů a témat, ke kterým se ženy vztahují a která pro ně mají zásadní důležitost. Výsledky jsou následně konfrontovány s odbornou literaturou. My diploma thesis is focused on a qualitative research on relationship between personal and work life and the life strategies of successful women with children. The objective of this paper is to find out what is the actual life stage and the ideal stage of the women's life they strive to achieve. There will be a particular focus taken on a context of their professional career and the space that has been created between their family and personal live. Therefore, it will be about their identity strategies and how do they practice it in combination of both of their life spheres. The research is conducted by narrative- biographical interviews that are completed by a Life axis method that works well as a guide for managing the interviews, the topics of the main interest of women in particular.
