Zástupce ředitele - stín nebo druhý ředitel?

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem, jakou roli plní zástupce ředitele (ZŘ) na středních odborných školách ve Středočeském kraji. Zjišťuje, jaká je jeho role a jaký vliv má na řízení a chod školy. V práci je dále posouzeno, zda zástupce ředitele je pouhým stínem ředitele, čili tím, kdo stojí v pozadí, anebo se aktivně účastní rozhodování a přebírá odpovědnost za ředitele při řízení školy. Při výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že postavení ZŘ je na zkoumaném typu škol v souladu s definováním jeho kompetencí, které mu určil ředitel. Je vždy po jeho boku, spolurozhoduje v těch případech, které jsou mu dány jeho pravomocemi. ZŘ spolupracuje a je dobrým rádcem ředitele. Stojí v pozadí, ale ne proto, že by byl přehlížen, ale proto, že je mu tato role dána a určena ředitelem. Ředitel bere ZŘ jako svého nejbližšího spolupracovníka, který je nezbytným při organizaci, kontrole a řešení problémů. Umí také samostatně pracovat, komunikovat a reprezentovat školu. Final thesis deals with a research of the role of a deputy headmaster of secondary vocational schools in the Central Region, determines what is his role and how it affects the management and function of the school. Futhermore examines, if the deputy headmaster was a shadow of the headmaster, the one standing in the background, or he is the person, who participates in the decisions and takes over responsibility for the headmaster in the school management. In research was found that the position of deputy headmaster, in the surveyed schools, is in accordance with the definition of his powers, which are designated by the headmaster. He is always by his side and codecisions in those cases, which are given to him by his competences. The deputy headmaster also cooperates and is a good counselor to the headmaster. He stands in the background, but not because he would have been overlooked, but because he is given the role that the headmaster had intended to him. The headmaster r takes the deputy headmaster as his closest associate, who is indispensable when organizing, controlling and problem solving. He can also work independently, interact and represent the school. There is always the headmaster, who leads the school from the inside as well as from outside.
