Význam fyzioterapeutických technik v edukačním procesu rehabilitační třídy

Abstract

Předmětem práce je zkoumání edukační činnosti ve třídách základní školy speciální pro žáky s těžkým kombinovaným postižením se zaměřením na využívání prvků léčebné rehabilitace speciálním pedagogem. V teoretické části práce je představeno prostředí rehabilitační třídy, edukační proces, který zde probíhá a jeho specifika. Dále zde jsou nastíněny základní metody, které při své práci s dětmi s kombinovaným postižením využívají fyzioterapeuté. Cílem práce je zejména specifikovat konkrétní možnosti využití rehabilitačních technik v edukačním procesu pedagogem bez fyzioterapeutického vzdělání a jejich působení. K tomuto účelů byla jako součást práce zpracována kazuistika konrkrétní žákyně, v jejímž vzdělávání jsou tyto techniky využívány. Formou přehledné tabulky jsou rozpracovány jednotlivé metody a dosažené výsledky v časovém horizontu 1,5 roku. Z teoretických podkladů i praktických závěrů vyplynulo, že zapojení rehabilitačních technik do edukace žáků s těžkým postižením je nejen prospěšné, ale přímo nezbytné pro dosažení pozitivních výsledků.

The subject of this work is to investigate the educational activities in special classes of an elementary school for pupils with severe multiple disabilities, and particularly the involvement of elements of medical rehabilitation, used by a special pedagogue. In the theoretical part of the work an environment of rehabilitation classes is introduced, an educational process, that takes place here, and its specifics. Furthermore, basic methods used by the physiotherapists, while working with children with multiple disabilities, are outlined in here. The aim of this work is to specify mainly the particular possibilities of rehabilitation techniques and their effects in the educational process by a pedagogue without physiotherapy education. A casuistry of a specific student, who uses these kinds of techniques for her education, was processed as a part of this work. Particular methods and results attained through 1.5 year span are developed into a legible spreadsheet. The theoretical basis and practical findings showed that the involvement of rehabilitation techniques into the education of students with severe disabilities is not only beneficial, but even necessary to achieve positive results.
