Abstract

NÁZEV: Příčiny majetkové kriminality dětí a mládeže a možnosti její prevence z výchovného a pedagogického hlediska AUTOR: Jaroslav Laudát KATEDRA: Ústav profesního rozvoje pracovníků ve školství VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Jana Kohnová, Ph.D. ABSTRAKT: Tato práce je zaměřena na majetkovou trestnou činnost páchanou nezletilými a mladistvými pachateli. Snaží se zjistit důvody páchání této trestné činnosti a vliv výchozího sociálního postavení těchto nezletilých a mladistvých pachatelů. Cílem práce je jednak zjistit, zda je pravdou obecně přijímaná představa, že pachateli majetkové kriminality z řad dětí a mládeže jsou převážně jedinci pocházející z vyloučených a sociálně slabších vrstev společnosti a jednak se zamyslet nad možnostmi prevence těchto činů z výchovného a pedagogického hlediska. Protože prevence je jistě jednou z nejdůležitějších věcí v boji s dětskou kriminalitou. V práci jsou také zmíněna statistická čísla Ministerstva vnitra České republiky, která dokumentují vývoj kriminality dětí a mladistvých v pěti letech.

This thesis is focused on property crimes committed by minors and juvenile offenders. We try to find out the reasons for committing the crime and the influence of the initial social status of minors and young offenders. The aim is also to determine whether it is true generally accepted that the offenders of property crime among children and teenagers are mostly individuals coming from excluded and disadvantaged sections of society. And also to think about the possibilities of prevention of these acts of educational and pedagogical point of view. Because prevention is certainly one of the most important things in the fight against child crime. The thesis also shows the figures of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, which document the development of child and adolescent crime whithin last five years.
