Abstract

NÁZEV: Možnosti alternativních trestů mladistvých AUTOR: Barbora Baslová, DiS. KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra Speciální pedagogiky VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Jana Mottlová, Ph.D. Abstrakt: Práce se zabývá problematikou delikvence mladistvých a možnostmi ukládání trestů, zejména alternativních. Práce bude zaměřena na alternativní tresty, jak na ně pohlíží právo a jak jsou vnímány veřejností. Dále práce uvede možné příčiny delikvence mladistvých, jakou roli hraje při výchově rodina, škola, kamarádi a vrstevnické party. Práce bude taktéž zaměřena na organizace a orgány, které s delikventními mladistvými pracují a které provádí úkony v trestním řízení. Podrobněji bude uvedena činnost Probační a mediační služby ČR. V neposlední řadě práce poukáže na možnosti prevence, respektive preventivních programů v ČR i zahraničí. Cílem práce je analýza odborné literatury na téma alternativních trestů mladistvých, přičemž budou použity kazuistiky mladistvých. TITLE: Alternative punishment possibilities for juveniles AUTHOR: Barbora Baslová, DiS. DEPARTMENT: Department of Special Education SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Jana Mottlová, Ph.D. Abstract: The thesis deals with the issue of juvenile delinquency and punishment possibilities, in particular the alternative ones. The thesis describes alternative punishments from the point of view of the justice system and how they are perceived by society. Consequently, the thesis introduces potential reasons of juvenile delinquency, the role of the family, school, and peer groups in the upbringing process. The thesis is also focused on the institutions concerning with juvenile delinquency and participating in criminal proceedings. Activities of the Probation and Mediation Office are described in detail. The last but not least matter is the possibility of prevention programmes in the Czech Republic and abroad. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of professional literature dealing with alterative punishments for juveniles, several juvenile study cases are stated, as well.
