Institut prezidenta Francie a České republiky a jejich komparace

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci na téma Instituce prezidenta Francouzské a České Republiky a jejich komparace se nejdříve zabývám rolí a způsobem volby prezidenta ve vybraných zemích. V závislosti na politickém systému jsem se snažil vystihnout jejich rozdílnou úlohu v ústavním systému daného státu. V dalších částech jsem se zaměřil již na podrobnou analýzu statutu prezidenta Francouzské a České republiky. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsem rozebral způsob a podmínky jejich volby, postavení a pravomoci, které v souvislosti s jejich statutem definují i jejich vztah k vládě a parlamentu. Krátkou reflexi jsem věnoval také posledním prezidentským volbám v obou zemích. Na závěr jsem se pokusil o jejich vzájemné srovnání s cílem nalézt společné i rozdílné prvky vyplývající z jejich úřadu.

The goal of this bachelor thesis whose topic explores and compares the executive, in other words presidential, branch of the government of France and the Czech Republic. Overall, I compare the president's role as head of government, the process of electing the President of the respective countries. My main aim was to demonstrate distinctions in presidential roles within the Constitutional system of the two selected countries as they relate to their political systems. The following parts of my thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of the presidential status both in France and the Czech Republic. In each chapter of the paper, I looked at the processes and requirements of presidential elections, their position, and presidential authority which all in all as a status define their relation to the government as well as the parliament. I also briefly reflected on the last presidential elections in both countries. In the concluding parts of my work, I also cross-referenced factual information about the heads of state with the goal of finding common and differing elements resulting from their presidential offices.
