Sociální klima školy

Abstract

Práce se v teoretické části zabývá popisem a definováním hlavních pojmů souvisejících s klimatem školy a třídy, aktéry klimatu a sociálními vztahy mezi nimi, determinanty klimatu a metodami měření klimatu. Cílem výzkumu v praktické část je zjištění klimatu ve vybrané škole, zjištěním klimatu jednotlivých tříd, učitelského sboru a názorů rodičů pomocí kvantitativních metod (dotazníků).

In the theoretic part, the dissertation is dealing with description and definition of main terms connected with climate of school and climate of class, with climate agents and their social relationships, with determinants of climate of school and with methods of climate measurement. The aim of the practical part of research is to map the climate of chosen school, to map the climate of individual classes and of the school staff and to map parent's opinions by quantitative methods (by questionnaire).
