Školní řád jako nástroj řízení školy

Abstract

Resumé Název: Školní řád jako nástroj řízení školy. Tato bakalářská práce se pokouší odpovědět na otázku: Jaké znaky musí mít školní řád, aby byl efektivním nástrojem pro řízení školy? Vychází přitom z předpokladu, že školní řád může plnit roli efektivního nástroje školského managementu. Teoretická část se zabývá rozborem odborné literatury s cílem najít oblasti, ve kterých je možné podpořit efektivitu školního řádu. Formulované hypotézy jsou pak podrobeny kritice v praktické části práce. Ta je založena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi řediteli základních škol a na analýze vybraného vzorku konkrétních školních řádů. Zjištěné závěry mohou být zajímavým podnětem pro úvahy řídících pracovníků ve školství nad funkcí a účelem školního řádu. Klíčová slova: školní řád, školský management

Title: School rules as a tool for school management. This bachelor thesis attempts to answer the following question: What features must the document of school rules have to be an effective tool for school management? It is assumed in my work that the school rules can serve as an effective tool for school management. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the analysis of literature and related terminology. It aims to search the areas, in which it is possible to support the efficiency of school rules. In the practical part of this thesis, then, the defined hypotheses are subjected to criticism, which is based on both a questionnaire research elaborated among the principals of elementary schools and on an analysis of chosen examples of particular school rules. The results can serve as an interesting input and reflection for the school management in the issue of functioning, as well as benefits of school rules. Key words: school rules, school management
