Summer service in nurseries, alternative summer services, enrolling pupils for the summer service at nurseries, vacations taken by pedagogues, educational feesTato závěrečná práce se zabývá organizací prázdninového provozu v mateřských školách. Sleduje problematiku prázdninového provozu z pohledu řídících pracovníků v mateřských školách i z pohledu rodičů, a tyto názory srovnává. Snaží se také zjistit specifika řešení prázdninového provozu v závislosti na lokaci mateřské školy. Věnuje se legislativě, která prázdninový provoz v mateřských školách vymezuje, zda je dodržována a zda poskytuje řídícím pracovníkům dostatečnou podporu. Nabízí alternativní řešení, které by mohlo být přijato jak řídícími pracovníky, tak rodiči.
This final work deals with the matters of service and organizational schemes in nurseries during the summer term. It monitors the problematic of summer service from various points of view: from those of the managing directors to parents' views. These views are analysed and compared. The work also tries to find out the specifics of the summer service related to the location of the nursery. It examines the legislation regulating the summer service at nurseries, its observance and adequacy as managing staff support tool. The work also offers alternative solutions, which could be appreciated by both directors and parents.
