Rozdíly ve vyjadřování mezi muži a ženami

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je sledování rozdílů ve vyjadřování mezi muži a ženami. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o komunikaci obecně a nastiňuje rozdíly v komunikaci mezi muži a ženami. Empirická část na základě sledování rozhovorů ověřuje teoretické předpoklady a zkoumá, zda, do jaké míry a v jakých aspektech se liší verbální komunikace mužů a žen s vysokoškolským vzděláním. V rozhovorech byly sledovány tyto charakteristiky: spisovnost, výrazy, vulgarismy, oslovování, témata, přerušování a role. Zjištěné výsledky přinášejí informaci o relativně specifických rozdílech v řečové komunikaci mezi muži a ženami. Ve sledovaném souboru bylo zjištěno, že muži používají statisticky významně více odborné výrazy, užívají více vulgární výrazy, zatímco ženy volí takové výrazy zcela minimálně. Muži přerušují řeč druhého minimálně, ženy více než z 50%. Výsledky tak z velké části potvrzují dosud publikovaná zjištění na toto téma.

The topic of the thesis is to monitor differences in communication between men and women. The theoretical part summarizes the information about communication in general and outlines the differences in communication between men and women. The empirical part is based on interview. We examine possible differences of verbal communication between men and women with university education. Following characteristics were examined: formality, expressions, vulgar, addressing, topics, and the role in communication and interruptions. The results provide information about relatively specific differences in verbal communication between men and women. It was found that men use significantly more technical terms, use more vulgar words, while women choose such expressions exeptionally. Men do not interrupt the other speaker, women interrupt in more than 50% cases.. The results confirm previously published findings on this topic.
