Postavení dítěte ve společnosti

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat a interpretovat Úmluvu o právech dítěte, coby stěžejního dokumentu, jenž vznikl na ochranu a podporu dětí po celém světě bez ohledu na rasu či jejich vyznání. V souvislosti s tímto dokumentem je v úvodu zpracována též charakteristika českého rodinného práva a historie práv dítěte, kterou je nezbytné znát, chceme-li pochopit, proč je přijetí Úmluvy o právech dítěte vnímáno jako zlomový okamžik v dějinách lidských práv.

The aim of this work is to characterize and interpret the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as a core document, which was created to protect and support children around the world regardless of race or their religion. In connection with this document is the introduction mentioned also characteristics of the Czech family law and the history of children's rights, which is necessary to know, To understand, why is the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child seen as a watershed moment in the history of human rights.
