Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nádorových onemocnění v dětském věku. Je zde popsán vliv nádorového onemocnění na osobnost dítěte a jeho okolí. Dále jsou rozebrány jednotlivé aspekty léčby somatické, psychologické a sociální. Práce dále zprostředkovává pohled na práci zdravotnického personálu pracujícího s dětmi s nádorovým onemocněním a představuje téma dobrovolnictví a canisterapie u těchto dětí. Praktickou část práce tvoří dotazníky. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky získané sběrem dotazníků a osobní zkušenosti získané v roli dobrovolníka.

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of tumour diseases in childhood. It describes the impact of disease 011 the personality of children and their near relations. Subsequently, the somatic, psychological and social aspects of the treatment are analysed. The thesis provides for the insight into the occupation of the medical staff working with children suffering from tumour diseases and it involves the issues of volunteers and canistherapy regarding the child patients. The case study consists of questionnaires. The final part presents conclusion of the findings gathered from the questionnaires and from the author's personal experience in volunteer work.
