Lidský vztah jako součást osobní asistence

Abstract

Práce Lidský vztah jako součást osobní asistence se bude zabývat mezilidským vztahem, který vzniká mezi člověkem s tělesným postižením užívajícím osobní asistenci a jeho osobním asistentem. Cílem práce je prozkoumat a popsat povahu tohoto vztahu, role, které v něm sehrávají jeho dva aktéři a v neposlední řadě vymezit situace v osobní asistenci, při kterých může nejčastěji dojít ke vzniku konfliktu mezi osobním asistentem a klientem. V teoretické části práce budou uvedeny základní informace o osobní asistenci, charakteristiky jednotlivých tělesných postižení a jejich důsledky a vymezení pojmu vztah. V praktické části pak bude zpracováno praktické šetření ve formě deseti rozhovorů s osobními asistenty a klienty osobní asistence. Jeho výsledky budou doplněny dalšími poznatky z literatury a osobními zkušenostmi autora práce. Práce by měla sloužit především lidem, kteří se pohybují v oblasti osobní asistence, ať už v roli osobního asistenta, klienta či jiné osoby, aby mohli lépe porozumět zákonitostem v asistenčním vztahu a předešli tak nepříjemným situacím a konfliktům.

The thesis "The Human Relationship in Personal Assistance" will address the interpersonal relationship which arises between an individual with disabilities relying on personal assistance and their personal assistant. The aim of this work is to explore and describe the nature of this relationship, the roles which are fulfilled by the two players and last but not least to define situations in personal assistance, which may frequently give rise to conflict between the personal assistant and the client. In the theoretical portion of the work basic information about personal assistance will be given, physical characteristics of individual disabilities and their effect and a delineation of the idea of relationship. The practical portion will proceed in the form of an examination of ten interviews with personal assistants and personal assistance clients. Its results will be complemented by other findings from literature and personal experience from the author of the work. This work should serve people who operate in the field of personal assistance, whether in the role of personal assistant, a client or other people in order to better understand the laws regarding assistance and to avoid unpleasant situations and conflicts.
