Rozvoj komunikace u dětí s kochleárním implantátem

Abstract

Diplomová práce ve své teoretické části popisuje problematiku sluchového postižení, uvádí význam sluchu pro socializaci dítěte a nastiňuje možnosti edukace žáků s kochleárním implantátem. Poskytuje základní informace o vadách sluchu, které jsou rozděleny dle typu, stupně a doby vzniku. Následně se zaměřuje na komunikaci sluchově postižených, především na druhy komunikace a specifika komunikace dětí s kochleárním implantátem. Dále pojednává o kochleárním implantátu, jakožto významné kompenzační pomůcce pro neslyšící. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na tři případové studie dětí s kochleárním implantátem, které obsahují pozorování vývoje mluvené řeči těchto dětí a hodnotí úspěšnost implantace pro využití mluvené řeči. Nedílnou součástí práce je zpracování doporučení a návrhu výchovně vzdělávacího tématického plánu pro žáky s kochleárním implantátem v první třídě základní školy pro sluchově postižené.

This thesis in theoretical part describes the problems of hearing impairment people, indicates the importance of hearing for child's socialization, and outlines the possibilities of education for children with cochlear implants. Provides basic information about hearing defects, which are divided by type, grade and time of origination. Then focuses on communication of people with hearing disabilities, especially the kinds of communication and specific communication of children with cochlear implants. Further deals with the cochlear implant as a major compensatory utility for the deaf. The practical part of this thesis includes three case studies of children with cochlear implants which includes observation of the development of children's speech and evaluates the success of implantation for the use of speech. An integral part of this work is elaborating with recommendations and drafts of the educational thematic plan for children with cochlear implants in the first grade of primary school for the hearing impaired.
