This bachelor's thesis examines the intervention techniques used by school psychologists in addressing impulsivity in children with ADHD at the primary school level. The theoretical part defines impulsivity within the framework of Barkley's model of behavioral inhibition, describes the role of the school psychologist in the Czech educational system, and outlines the conditions for implementing interventions. The concluding chapter of the theoretical part provides an overview of selected intervention approaches. The empirical part is based on reflexive thematic analysis of eight semi-structured interviews with school psychologists. The results reveal four key themes: Impulsivity as Disrupted Self- Regulation, The School Psychologist as a Supportive Adult and Skills Coach, Mediator in the Relational Network, and Interventions Navigating Constraints and Possibilities. The findings indicate that psychologists perceive impulsivity primarily as a deficit in self-regulation with significant secondary impacts on the pupil's self-image. The thesis further demonstrates that the success of an intervention is not determined solely by the choice of technique, but above all by the quality of collaboration within the child-teacher-parent triangle. A key finding is also the dependence of intervention...
