Využití alternativní a augmentativní komunikace u dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností pohledem rodičů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou alternativní a augmentativní komunikace (AAK) u dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností z pohledu jejich rodičů. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat prvotní zkušenost rodin při zavádění AAK. Dílčími cíli práce bylo zmapovat informovanost rodičů o systémech AAK a zjistit subjektivní pohledy na důležitost jednotlivých zdrojů informací, či bariéry. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá komunikací - definuje terminologii, řeší význam komunikace a zabývá se narušenou komunikační schopností a s ní spojenými symptomatickými poruchami řeči. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na alternativní a augmentativní komunikaci. Tato kapitola definuje základní terminologii, rozebírá a třídí jednotlivé systémy AAK a zabývá se zaváděním AAK. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumného šetření realizovaného pomocí dotazníku, kterého se zúčastnilo 122 respondentů z řad rodičů dětí s postižením. Výzkum byl zaměřen na prvotní zkušenosti rodin při zavádění AAK, míru informovanosti a bariéry, se kterými se rodiče potýkají. Informace získané pomocí dotazníku jsou zanalyzovány a vyhodnoceny. Výsledná data jsou prezentována formou grafů a tabulek. V závěrech výzkumného šetření jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a vyhodnocené hypotézy....

This bachelor's thesis examines the issue of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) in children with impaired communication ability from their parents' perspective. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze families' initial experiences with the introduction of AAC. The secondary objectives were to assess parents' awareness of AAC systems and to identify their subjective views on the importance of various information sources, as well as any barriers they encountered. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with communication - it defines terminology, addresses the significance of communication, and examines impaired communication ability and associated symptomatic speech disorders. The second chapter focuses on alternative and augmentative communication. This chapter defines basic terminology, analyzes and classifies individual AAC systems, and addresses the implementation of AAC. The practical section presents the results of a quantitative survey conducted via a questionnaire, in which 122 parents of children with disabilities participated.
