Digitální kompetence učitelů a digitální gramotnost

Abstract

The work focuses on the assessment of digital competencies of teaching staff and the level of their digital literacy. The aim of the work is to determine the scope of digital competencies and the level of digital literacy of teaching staff at a selected secondary vocational school. The work includes an online questionnaire survey via the Methodological Portal RVP.CZ of the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic. The questionnaire, using self-evaluation by teaching staff themselves, determined the level of their digital competencies and the resulting level of digital literacy in six areas and twenty-two sub-areas. The main areas were: The extent and method of using digital technologies in work communication between a teacher, student or parent; using digital technologies to collaborate with colleagues and share information; finding suitable digital technologies to increase the effectiveness of teaching and support students to try new options and procedures; implementing digital technologies to assess students; using digital technologies for continuous professional development and efforts to increase information and media literacy among students. Práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení digitálních kompetencí pedagogických pracovníků a úroveň jejich digitální gramotnosti. Cílem práce je zjištění rozsahu digitálních kompetencí a úrovně digitální gramotnosti pedagogických pracovníků na vybraném středním odborném učilišti. Součástí práce je online dotazníkové šetření prostřednictvím Metodický portál RVP.CZ Národního pedagogického institutu České republiky. Dotazník pomocí autoevaluace samotných pedagogických pracovníků zjišťoval úroveň jejich digitálních kompetencí a toho vyplývající úroveň digitální gramotnosti v šesti oblastech a dvaceti dvou podoblastech. Hlavními oblastmi byly: Míra a způsob využití digitálních technologií v pracovní komunikaci mezi učitelem, žákem či rodičem; používání digitálních technologií ke spolupráci s kolegy a vzájemné sdílení informací; hledání vhodných digitálních technologií pro zvýšení efektivity výuky a podpory žáků ke zkoušení nových možností a postupů; implementace digitálních technologií k hodnocení žáků; využití digitálních technologií k soustavnému profesnímu rozvoji a snaha o zvýšení informační a mediální gramotnosti u žáků.
