Dostupnost intervenčních metod a přístupů k dětem s poruchou autistického spektra v raném věku

Abstract

The diploma thesis examines the availability of methods and interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder in early childhood. It explores the barriers that influence the provision of interventions at an early age. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts related to autism spectrum disorder, diagnostic procedures, and specific manifestations of the disorder in early childhood. The first chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of autism spectrum disorders and an overview of current intervention approaches targeting this age group. The second chapter deals with the system of care for children with autism spectrum disorder in the Czech Republic within the context of legislative frameworks across individual sectors. The third chapter describes the methodology and implementation of the research study. The primary goal of the thesis and the research is to analyze the actual availability of interventions and to identify barriers that make it difficult for parents to ensure timely support. The practical part of the thesis is conducted through a questionnaire survey among parents and a semi-structured interview with the head of a special education center.

Diplomová práce se zabývá dostupností metod a intervencí pro děti s poruchou autistického spektra v raném věku. Zaobírá se myšlenkou, jaké bariéry ovlivňují dostupnost a zajištění intervencí vraném věku. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy související s poruchou autistického spektra, diagnostické postupy a specifické projevy poruchy v raném dětství. První kapitola je věnována charakteristice poruch autistického spektra a přehledu aktuálních intervenčních přístupů zaměřených na tuto věkovou skupinu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá systémem péče o děti s poruchou autistického spektra v České republice v kontextu legislativních rámců jednotlivých resortů. Ve třetí kapitole je popisována metodologie a realizace výzkumného šetření. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce a výzkumného šetření je analyzovat reálnou dostupnost intervencí a identifikovat bariéry, které rodičům ztěžují zajištění včasné podpory. Empirická část diplomové práce je realizována pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi rodiči a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s vedoucí speciálně pedagogického centra.
