Kompetence asistentů pedagoga na základní škole a jejich další vzdělávání

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem kompetencí asistentů pedagoga na základní škole a jejich dalším vzděláváním. V teoretické části práce bude nejprve vymezen pojem asistent pedagoga a jeho role. Následně bude nastíněn historický vývoj této profese. Dále bude popsána náplň práce asistenta pedagoga a legislativní podmínky určující jeho profesní fungování. V další části práce budou představeny pojmy základní škola jako organizace, kompetentnost a kompetence asistenta pedagoga, včetně jejich charakteristik. Autorka práce se věnuje tomu, jakou roli hrají kompetence v kontextu organizace a jaký je jejich rozvoj, který je klíčový pro udržení konkurenceschopnosti a adaptability pedagogických pracovníků. Významnou oblastí je také další vzdělávání, kdy autorka práce uvede vybrané příklady možností dalšího vzdělávání asistentů pedagoga a objasní význam tohoto vzdělávání v kontextu rozvoje jejich profesních kompetencí. Předmětem empirické části práce bude kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na zjištění, jak asistenti pedagoga základní školy vnímají své vlastní kompetence, v jakých oblastech se rozvíjejí a jaké formy dalšího vzdělávání využívají. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of competences of teaching assistants in elementary school and their further education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the concept of teaching assistant and its role will first be defined. Subsequently, the historical development of this profession will be outlined. The content of the work of a teaching assistant and the legislative conditions determining its professional functioning will be described. In the next part of the thesis, the concepts of elementary school as an organization, competency and competence of a teaching assistant, including their characteristics, will be introduced. The author of the thesis focuses on the role of competences in the context of the organization and their development, which is key to maintaining the competitiveness and adaptability of teaching staff. Further education is also an important area, where the author of the thesis will present selected examples of possibilities for further education of teaching assistants and explain the importance of this education in the context of the development of their professional competences.
