Zdravotní gramotnost seniorů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zdravotní gramotnosti seniorů v kontextu jejího rozvoje. Důraz je kladen na propojení s informačními a komunikačními technologiemi, které umožňuje komplexněji reagovat na potřeby současné společnosti. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti vzdělávání seniorů v oblasti zdravotní gramotnosti s využitím informačních a komunikačních technologií. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. První kapitola, Gramotnost, nejprve vymezuje pojmy obecné - gramotnost a zdraví. Následně dochází k definování pojmu zdravotní gramotnost včetně jejích modelů a oblastí, které je vhodné rozvíjet. Důraz je kladen na zdravotní gramotnost seniorů. V závěru kapitoly je představen strategický dokument Zdraví 2030, jehož jeden ze specifických cílů je zaměřen na zvyšování zdravotní gramotnosti obyvatel ČR. Druhá kapitola, Gerontagogika, se mimo definici tohoto pojmu věnuje pojmům stáří a senior, edukaci seniorů obecně a gerontodidaktice. Neopomíná specifika ve vzdělávání seniorů ani osobu lektora. V neposlední řadě se věnuje možnostem edukace seniorů (univerzitám třetího věku, akademiím třetího věku, klubům pro seniory apod.) a využití informačních a komunikačních technologií při jejich vzdělávání. The diploma thesis addresses the topic of health literacy among older adults in the context of its development. Emphasis is placed on the connection with information and communication technologies (ICT), which enable a more comprehensive response to the needs of today's society. The aim of the thesis is to identify the possibilities for educating older adults in the area of health literacy using information and communication technologies. Its theoretical part is divided into two main chapters. The first one, Literacy, defines general terms such as literacy and health. This is followed by defining the concept of health literacy, including its models and areas for development. The focus is on health literacy among older adults. At the end of the chapter, the strategic document Health 2030 is presented, one of its specific goals is focused on increasing health literacy of the Czech population. The second chapter, Gerontagogy, defines its concept and the term old age and older adults, education of older adults and its specifics, gerontodidactics and lecturers. Last but not least, it deals with the possibilities of education seniors (universities of the third age, academies of the third age, clubs for seniors, etc.) and the use of ICT in their education.
