Grafický design časopisů pro děti

Abstract

The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the children's magazine as a type of printed publication. It describes the intentions of the creation and development of magazines for children. It characterizes the specifics of the developmental period of younger school age and the resulting demands for magazine design. It is devoted to the elements and procedures used by designers to create graphic designs of magazines. It presents selected Czech magazines for children, their authors and describes their graphic design. One chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the didactic potential of magazines for children and examples of their use in teaching. The didactic part presents a project day with children focused on creating magazines using the design thinking method. It also includes an interview with children, which shows which graphic elements children perceive most. The practical part shows the creation of the author's magazine also using the design thinking method. It is based on an interview with children and is inspired by their suggestions for the form and content of the magazine. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje časopisu pro děti jako druhu tištěné publikace. Popisuje záměry vzniku a vývoje časopisů pro děti. Charakterizuje specifika vývojového období mladšího školního věku a nároky z toho vyplývající pro design časopisů. Věnuje se prvkům a postupům, které využívají designéři pro tvorbu grafických designů časopisů. Představuje vybrané české časopisy pro děti, jejich autory a popisuje jejich grafický design. Jedna kapitola teoretické části se soustředí na didaktický potenciál časopisů pro děti a příklady jejich využití ve výuce. Didaktická část představuje projektový den s dětmi zaměřený na tvoření časopisů pomocí metody designového myšlení. Součástí je i rozhovor s dětmi, pomocí kterého ukazuje, jaké grafické prvky děti nejvíce vnímají. V praktická část ukazuje tvorbu časopisu autorky taktéž za pomocí metody designového myšlení. Vychází z rozhovoru s dětmi a inspiruje se jejich návrhy na podobu i obsah časopisu. Závěry práce ukazují, že dětské časopisy se dlouhodobě pohybují mezi výchovně-vzdělávací a zábavní funkcí a stále kladou důraz na kvalitní textový i obrazový obsah. Výzkum potvrdil, že nejvýrazněji děti oslovují barvy a obrazový materiál, které formují jejich emoce i první dojem z časopisu. Praktická část ukázala, že tvorba grafického designu propojuje...
