Spolupráce třídního učitele s rodiči žáků se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami na 1. stupni ZŠ

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení spolupráce třídního učitele s rodiči žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na prvním stupni základní školy. Cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové prvky úspěšné spolupráce mezi učiteli a rodiči. Tyto prvky přispívají k optimálnímu vzdělávacímu prostředí pro žáky se SVP. Teoretická část práce se věnuje stručným popisem jednotlivých specifických poruch učení a jejich rozpoznání, specifických poruch chování a jejich rozpoznání a dalších skupin žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. V neposlední řadě je v teoretické části popsána individualizace a diferenciace výuky. Poslední část teoretické práce se věnuje přímo komunikaci mezi učitelem a zákonným zástupcem žáka se SVP. Jaké jsou základní principy efektivní komunikace a spolupráce. Na závěr je v teoretické části také zmíněno téma spolupráce mezi asistentem pedagoga a rodičem žáků se SVP. Praktická část diplomové práce využívá kvalitativní výzkum prostřednictvím rozhovorů s třídními učiteli, speciálním pedagogem i asistenty pedagoga. Výzkum má identifikovat klíčové aspekty úspěšné spolupráce. V této části sdílejí třídní učitelé své zkušenosti v komunikaci s rodiči. This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the cooperation of the class teacher with the parents of pupils with special educational needs at the first stage of primary school. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key elements of successful cooperation between teachers and parents. These elements contribute to an optimal educational environment for pupils with special educational needs. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to brief descriptions of individual specific learning disorders and their recognition, specific behavioral disorders and their recognition, and other groups of pupils with special educational needs. Last but not least, the theoretical part describes the individualization and differentiation of teaching. The last part of the theoretical thesis is devoted directly to the communication between the teacher and the legal representative of a pupil with special educational needs. What are the basic principles of effective communication and cooperation.
