Implementace individuálních modifikací studia do výuky na vybrané technické vysoké škole

Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of modification of study conditions of university students with special educational needs and the attitude of academic staff to these modifications. It aims to describe the current attitude of academic staff towards students with special educational needs and to identify attitudes towards the implementation of individual modifications in teaching. The thesis considers academic staff awareness, emerging barriers and constraints to implementation and the approach of consultants. Specifically, it focuses on the implementation of modifications in teaching in technically oriented disciplines at the Czech Technical University in Prague. The theoretical part is divided into four main chapters and focuses on the description of counselling at universities and the current activities of counselling centres; another topic is the specifics of students with special educational needs at university, their categorisation and the support measures provided. The third chapter deals with the competences of university teachers. In the fourth chapter, the current practice with modifications of study conditions in universities is presented. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou úprav studijních podmínek studentů vysokých škol se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a postoji akademických pracovníků k těmto modifikacím. Klade si za cíl popsat současný přístup akademických pracovníků ke studentům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a identifikovat postoje k implementacím individuálních modifikací do výuky. Práce bere v úvahu informovanost akademických pracovníků, vznikající bariéry a omezení pro implementace a přístup poradenských pracovišť. Konkrétně je zaměřena na implementace modifikací do výuky na technicky zaměřených oborech na Českém vysokém učení technickém v Praze. Teoretická část je rozčleněna do čtyř hlavních kapitol a je zaměřena na popis poradenství na vysokých školách a aktuálních činností poradenských pracovišť, dalším tématem jsou specifika studentů se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na vysoké škole, jejich rozdělení do kategorií a poskytovaná podpůrná opatření. Třetí kapitola pojednává o profesi a kompetencích vysokoškolských učitelů. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představena dosavadní praxe s úpravami studijních podmínek na vysokých školách. Praktická část je řešena prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu formou rozhovorů, kde jsou zjišťovány zkušenosti a postoje vyučujících k těmto modifikacím, identifikovány vznikající...
