Vzhled učitele jako faktor ovlivňující výuku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem vzhledu vyučujícího jako činitele ovlivňujícího průběh výuky a vnímání pedagoga ze strany studentů. Cílem je popsat, analyzovat a vymezit do jaké míry faktory jako úprava zevnějšku, oblečení, neverbální komunikace nebo celkový dojem vyučujícího ovlivňují jeho autoritu, klima ve třídě či motivaci studentů k učení. Na základě dotazníkového průzkumu a hloubkových rozhovorů budou zjišťovány výsledky, zda vzhled pedagoga ovlivňuje motivaci studentů a jejich postoj k výuce, přestože znalosti a profesní dovednosti učitele jsou zajisté pro výuku klíčové.
