Úloha neziskových organizací v rehabilitaci osob se sluchovým postižením se zaměřením na osoby s tinnitem

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the role of non-profit organizations in the rehabilitation of people with hearing impairment and also focuses on people with tinnitus. The aim of this thesis was to find out how different organizations approach people with hearing impairment, what rehabilitation methods they provide, how satisfied are the clients of non-profit organizations with their services, and how does the hearing impairment combined with tinnitus affect life of people with this disability. The first part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on non-profit organizations that provide help to people with hearing impairments. This section also focuses on a more detailed explanation and description of various hearing defects including tinnitus. In the next part of this thesis, the results, methods and procedures of the empirical investigation, with which the practical part was made, are analyzed in detail. The chosen method for this bachelor's thesis is an interview and the research tool is an interview scheme. The research group consists of employees of non-profit organizations and people suffering from hearing imapirment. Bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou neziskových organizací v rehabilitaci osob se sluchovým postižením a zaměřuje se také na osoby s tinnitem. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak různé organizace přistupují k jedincům se sluchovým postižením, jaké metody rehabilitace poskytují, jak jsou klienti neziskových organizací spokojení s jejich službami a jak sluchové postižení s přidruženým tinnitem ovlivňuje život osob s tímto kombinovaným postižením. První část bakalářské práce je orientována na neziskové organizace, které se věnují pomoci osobám se sluchovým postižením. Tato část se orientuje také na podrobnější vysvětlení a popis různých sluchových vad včetně tinnitu. V další části této práce jsou detailně rozebrány výsledky, metody a postupy empirického šetření, pomocí kterého byla zhotovena praktická část. Zvolenou metodou pro tuto bakalářskou práci je rozhovor a výzkumným nástrojem je tedy schéma rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor se skládá ze zaměstnanců neziskových organizací a osob se sluchovým postižením. Tato práce tedy vede ke zjištění toho, jaké aktivity nabízejí organizace zaměřující se na rehabilitaci osob se sluchovým postižením a také k tomu, jak jsou pracovníci těchto organizací seznámeni s problematikou tinnitu.
