Koncepce proseniorské politiky v obci

Abstract

The aim of the work is the elaboration of the cocept document "Concept of pro-senior politics in the municipality" useable for municipality needs. The content of this document will be summary of the opportunitiesand measures that municiplaities can take to improve the quality of life of seniors in the community, to exploit their potential in an intergenerational context, to support activities from subsidy project or grants, to work with privates entities and non-profit organisations in the fields of activation through education and free time activities. It may also include proposals for investments measures in the area of barrier free. The concept will also include proposals for community support for seniors - financial, material, provision of spaces for pro-senior or intergenerational community events. The document processsing will be preceded by a survey of seniorcitizens in the municipality, which will then be processed by a quantitative method of research. The document aims to bulid on the real needs of the elderly with regard to the real possibilities of the community. Cílem práce je zpracování koncepčního dokumentu "Koncepce pro-seniorské politiky v obci", využitelného pro potřeby municipality. Obsahem tohoto dokumentu bude souhrn možností a opatření, která mohou obce přijmout pro zkvalitnění života seniorů v komunitě, využití jejich potenciálu v mezigeneračním kontextu, možnosti podpory aktivit z dotačních projektů nebo grantů, spolupráce se soukromými subjekty a neziskovými organizacemi v oblasti aktivizace formou vzdělávání a volnočasových aktivit. Součástí je i návrh investičních opatření v oblasti bezbariérovosti. Koncepce zahrne i návrhy podpory seniorů ze strany obce - finanční, materiální, poskytování prostorů pro pro-seniorské nebo mezigenerační komunitní akce. Zpracování koncepčního dokumentu bude předcházet dotazníkové šetření mezi seniory v obci, které bude následně zpracováno kvantitativní metodou výzkumu. Dokument si klade za cíl vycházet z opravdových potřeb seniorů s ohledem na reálné možnosti obce. Práce se bude opírat o teoretická východiska - nahlédnutí a seznámení se s koncepčními dokumenty regionu, kraje, státu, ale i evropského kontextu. V úvodní části bude vysvětleno několik klíčových pojmů z oblasti problematiky stárnutí, vzdělávání seniorů a získávání nových kompetencí s ohledem na věk, schopnosti a možnosti jedince, volný čas jedince,...
